Virus On Forum

ever time i click on tropical discussion or a topic on here i get a virus warring
is just me or are others getting it to ??

Avast was still giving me issues last night on my home machine, but i dont seem to be suffering from any symantec errors anymore.

i just had a virus pop up too, the old scanning your harddrive one. had to close my browser.

I,ve had a few problems tonight, long loading times, strange little box's saying something about opening a file and pages not responding grrrrrr!

yep ive had that too, click on a forum and a popup asking me to save a file. something weirds going on.

Yesterday when I was on my Mozilla Firefox kept crashing (only on these forums) and would completely kill it.

All good today though.

There are still problems with the site, although we believe that we have removed all incidences of malicious code on the site.

We have decided to open it up despite the fact that there are limited capabilities and problems with the site. We will be back in full operation ASAP, I am waiting on Invision's tech team to resolve this.

Kinda.

There was an invisonboard upgrade to fix the original problem, which resulted in the skin being reset.

am sure Tolak or William will be along to explain better in a while.

right now i cant see quoted posts and the dates of threads from the home page is all messed up, just a bunch of random numbers

changed the skin or whatever its called and it fixed it, was using the black background one
