MY SIEMESE FISH ISN'T VERY WELL AT THE MOMENT AND NEED ADVICE ON WHAT THE BEST ACTION TO TAKE.
HE IS BENT OVER TO ONE SIDE, FLOATING ON HIS SIDE ON TOP OF THE WATER AND CAN'T SEEM TO SUBMERGE AND IS SWALLON DOWN NEAR THE BASE OF HIS TAIL. HE HASN'T PROPERLY EATEN FOR APPROX. FIVE WEEKS. HIS COLOUR WAS DULL BUT NOW IT IS A BIT BETTER.

DON'T NO IF WE SHOULD PUT HIM OUT OF HIS MISERY OR TRY AND TREAT HIM.

IN A BALLOON GLASS BOWL, CHANGING THE WATER EVERY WEEK, APPLING WARDLEY FUNGUS-ADE AND TRIPLE CHLOR TO WATER, WAS FEEDING WORMS AND FISH FLAKES.

ANY INFO GOOD OR BAD WOULD BE GREAT.

check his gills and see if they look a lilac color since you have him in a bowl I would assume that you dont know any readings to give anyone mabey put him some betta max in the water with him or somekind of medicine like maracyn it sounds to me like it has bloat and it is very hard to cure once they get it. It doesnt sound good for the little fellow how does his fins and tail look do they have any rot on them or do they have red streaks in them.

His gills are a dark colour and the water temperature is about 83 F. He is still very active though he is on his side. Eyes look bright. Doesn't look like any rot or any red streaks in tail.

What is the best way to put them to sleep if the worst comes to the worst.

I have never had to put a fish down before so I couldnt tell you. I have heard of people using ice before if his gills are a dark color then he has been exposed to a high level of ammonia I would change out some water every third day if it were me get him in some maracyn or I would recommend betta max of corse a lot of people havent ever heard of the stuff before. But it does do wonders for bettas
