I have started running in my new tank

I have 4 powerheads 2 of which have the venturi tubes connected - this gives a large amount of bubbles and is quite loud.

Is it worth keeping the venturi going or is the water movemen created enough?

I also have a Arcadia Luminaire T5Mx4 48 lighting system which sits 10 cm above the tank, should i consider a condensation cover or is it best to hav ethe tank open?

Thanks

Frank

Personally Frank I would do away with the venturi

Generally most peeps dont cover there Marine tanks as this will cut down on the light getting to the tank
(bare in mind that there are some fish that are know jumpers so it may be worth looking in to using 'Eggcrate' to prevent this or maybe a perspex rim)
