Venting The Top Of Sealed Tank Canopy?

Just picked up a 200g tank and I will be building it into a bar with a solid counter top. I will waterproof all the wood on the inside with a sealant but I'm wondering if anyone had good tips for venting so I don't get a huge buildup of condensation inside.
