Veitnam Scribble Puffer . Need Info

Hello i got a veitnam scribble puffer today. I had him at work for 2 months he wasnt happy there so i took him home. Does anyone know anything about him except that i had spelt it wrong?
He is only one half of an inch long.I got him eating frozen blood worms. I lowered the salenity in my smaller tank to 1.010 intill in know what he can handle.

What the heck is a vietnam puffer lol1 ive never come across on eof these on an fish order lists at my work, on the net or in any shop at all....

Yeah, you'll need to ID him with a scientific name. Vietnam scribble puffer could be irrubesco, I guess.

If it is an Irrubesco...he wil be really suffering in brackish water right? Even though we can say it definetly is one...

This is a marine fish, so if it is this it would be better off in the marine section.
