What kind of fry would you get if you bred a male plakat and a female veiltail?

Probably nothing but veils... maybe with slightly better finnage than the previous generation.

If we're talking about complete dominance and the veil is homozygous (which it probably is,) then you're right... like I said, I'd expect the F1 to be mostly or all veils, with slightly improved finnage
