Vegetation specifically for angels?

hey everyone
i was wondering if there were certain plants or decor an angel fish would prefer?

In general they like dense vegetation, but I don't think there are specific plants that they need. You are best off choosing plants based on what would be best kept in your aquarium.

If you've got fairly standard (i.e. not much) lighting, these are probably your best bets:

I've got several of them in my 29g with only 25w of lighting and they're doing great.

Vallis are quite good or maybe try some Limnophila. Check this out for some plant species, click on a plant and it will tell you your needs.

As stated they like a lot of plants and if you are looking to breed them make sure you have either broad leaf plants (swords are good) or a vertical piece of slate or something similar in the tank. The angel like these type of surfaces to lay their eggs. HTH
