Vegetables For Neon Tetras?

What kind of vegetables/fruit could I feed my neon tetras? I already know about cucumber and zucchini

we have cardinal tetras ( very similar to your neons) & ours also like blanched peas - buy frozen garden peas put in some water, zap in microwave for about 5-10 secs, when cool pop the peas out of their outer shell & mush up, our cardinals also love romaine ( cos ) lettuce. this i also blanche by pouring boiling water over it & leaving for about 1/2 hr then attatch to a clip and stick onto the glass ( can also do this with baby leaf spinach & other greens)
