Hi Martin, when you get chance, can you give me a brief history of your Chaetostoma, its eating habits and size, please? After losing a new wild caught C. formosae (aka L444) about this time last year, I pine every time I see this genus at the LFS, but I'm been wary of trying another. Wondering about combining it with my Ilyodon xantusi group (8 juvies plus 5 fry) and my four M. thoracata at 20-22C in my 48x12x15, for a small CA theme.

Hi Steve
Picked it up on 01 October 2011 from a LFS. It has been in the same tank the entire time, admittedly never seen it feed, but it's out and about (though easily spooked) all the time. It must be finding food as it would not have survived 4 months!
You can see a pic and short video of it HERE. It's in with the Glyptos so loving the high flow, but am not going to move it into the 5' as it's nowhere near biotype! LOL
Am happy to bring it with me when I come down to collect the Barilius...
Martin
