Selling these as my tank plans changed - was going to do a planted tank with Co2 and ferts but my new cichlids say other wise. Each morning I have come through to more plants uprooted so taking them out today to save what is left. There is easily over £50 worth of plants here. None of the plants have been eaten just uprooted as they ruffle through the substrate.

If you are interested please mention in here or PM

thanks Wills

*edited to add in Valis at no cost.

I wouldn't be interested in buying the whole lot. But if you're at all interested in splitting then I'll take some of each.

I wouldnt mind splitting too much - how much would you want?

Adding in some Valis as well now - its a bit drowned out by the new Java mother plant.

I was thinking one or both dwarf chain swords and 1 of each crypt (depending on how many/what types you have)
If you didn't know exactly what types they were, then just one of each type you have would be great.

ah cool ok. When I say 30-40 stems I mean stems like when you order off the net in terms of actual bunchable plants there are probably 10-12 I believe the bulk of them are c. becett (sp) and then there are a hand full of others that I recieved in a mixed bunch from plants alive about a week ago. If price is the isse we can negotiate most of the price is for the carpets as they were quite expensive new and it is literaly a mat of them maybe 6 inches long and 3 wide.

Carpets? As in the dwarf chains?

If so then how many plantlets of swords do you have?
I don't mind you splitting off a few from the main lot and sending those.

Also I'm thinking two stems of crypt Beckett sounds good.
Any chance of a pic of the others? Or fancy a go at ID'ing?

Also it's not price that's the issue. Just space...
I'll not have enough room for fish if I'm not careful! Hehe

lol at the space - tell me about it.

Ill get pics up tomorow with the swords it really is like grass but with visable runners and they really are ready to go just bury in sand or gravel and of it goes even when it was being pecked at its sent out loads of shoots already.

Then if you wanted to send a few shoots of the swords I'd probably want enough to cover 2/3 square inches(so a 1/4 - 1/3 of what you have). Then I can grow them on from there.

2 Stems of Beckett sounds good.

Then perhaps some of the other crypts depending on what you have.

Sounding ok so far?

ok sounds good - since no one else has replied I think the rest will be thrown away now as I dont really have room.
How much did you want to pay for these is £6 ok? that includes postage costs

£6 sounds great.
IF (and this is only if) you are actually throwing the rest away. How about adding another £2 to make sure postage is covered, or more if you think postage will be more/need a bigger incentive to post them.
And I'll have the full amount of swords.
I still sadly wouldn't have enough room for all the crypts. Only single specimens.

Just an idea by the way, seeing as we have mild weather atm (well it's raining but you get my drift), just stick them in a bucket outside in some water.
Keep them out of the way and hopefully keep them alive long enough to be able to be sold.

If Curiosity 101 takes half of the micro sword and a few of the stems for £6

I would be happy to sell the rest for £16 to LiveYourLife - so that would be the other patch of micro sword and the remainder of the crypts

if that is okay with you 2? Any advice on how to post the plants? I have packing but should I add any water ? Or a damp sponge? Would these help.

I think you wrap them in damp paper towel then pop them into a food bag or similar. Revomve all air and seal the bag. You can then put them into a leftover food box or similar to try to avoid them getting crushed on the way.
Then put them in a padded envelope.
To be honest the padded envelope should be enough though. :)
Anyhoo, send your paypal and I'll pay.

excellent :) will pm you our pay pal details later on as its my partners account

just to clarify all plants now SOLD to Live your life and Curiosity 101

thanks guys :)
