Vallis Going Brown On The Tips?

every 3 weeks some of the leaves on my vallis go brown on new leaves and old ones just woondered if this is normal because it still grows quite well plenty of runners any advise would be helpfull thanx

If this is consistant, it could be due to a lack of fertilization.

i use api root tabs every 3 weeks and micro nutrients weekly also use flourish excel daily ?
