Well im off of school now and i guess im going on vacation for a week, iv got 7 bettas and i need to make sure they will be ok. my plan is to stuff them full of food and hope they can hold out for a week without food. iv heard they can go for quite a while without food but i dont want to make them sick by doing so. can my bettas go for a week safely without food?

Don't overfeed them before you go. That will just foul their water and leave them at risk of constipation.

Clean their tanks extremely well, and then feed them a normal feeding just before you go. They'll be fine. They won't like it, but it won't hurt them. When you get back, change their water, then feed them a normal feeding just like you normally do.

alright, my fish take "not happy" to the extream thogh they wont come to the surface to greet me for a while after that their in 1g of water so i think that'll be enogh to keep them good until i get back thx kiarra
