any other suggestions on what i could do

Take the fry with you on vacation! :D

Heh - I know nothing about keeping fry so you'll have to wait for a smarter person to come along.

Make a calendar with what they have to do on each day and what times it should be done. Tell them if they don’t the fry will die and they will be paying for them. Also tell them to record the number of deaths each day.

I would start switching them over to another food, maybe chopped frozen or dry bbs eggs, daphnia, etc. I think an inexperienced fish person wouldn't fair well with all the chores and duties going into raising fry. How are you going to get them to do water changes? If they do, give them instructions so they don't suck up the fry. For instance, putting a piece of pantyhose over your airline tubing while siphoning out. That would be a disaster.

i thought that feeding them unhatched eggs would = swim bladder infectionbut if not how much should i feed them do you think i could finely chop some fd bloodwoms and put em in a baggy and just tell her to give them a pinch or so
great ideas thanks for the help im gettin a lil less scared and thinkin they might live through this
but alot of the fry sit on the bottum will they get the food if its floatin
