URGH!!

I need a siphen kit for my tank since I'm borrowing my neighbours spare right now and I know for a fact they're only around £4 in a town by me. I have money to get it...but my dad won't let me.
Why?
Because he has to go over a toll bridge...even though I have money to pay for the bridge he refuses to take me....so i have to pay twice the price for one in town. *mutters*

unfortunately they don't sell siphoning stuff in the place my brother gets fish stuff from (which is a real pain). And he doesn't drive so he can't take me to the other place.
