Hi there following on from my other post the treatment im using is WATERLIFE MYXAZIN it says to turn skimmer off when using does that mean leave it off for the whole week while treating? please help.

Obviously you must if it takes it out.

Yup, turn it off. Not only does a skimmer remove the antibiotic, but the antibioitic will also cause the skimmer to over-skim and dry the tank.
