You can't have one

They are not cool they are tropical & the community ones, Synodontis nigriventris, are shoaling fish which need keeping in groups - at least three but more is better. They get to about 4" so a 3' tank is about minumum size.
The black ones sometimes on sale, Mystus leucophasis, are nocturnal predators that can kill fish up to almost their own size and swallow fish half their size. These grow to a foot in length so you need a large tank.

They are not cool they are tropical
