Upping Tiger Barb Numbers

I currently have 12 mature tigers in a 155 litre tank & will shortly move them to a new 200 litre tank. I would like to up my numbers to 18 tigers but the new oness will be significantly smaller than my current stock. Will this lead to my new fish being bullied & would it be best to add the new guys to the new tank first & allow them to settle before moving the big boys over?

12 in a 200lt is about right, they are very active fish, adding smaller ones is fine aslong as they soon find out the tanks pecking order
