So moving everything from my nano with about 36W of PC lighting to my new tank with 216w of T5 lighting. The corals are:
GSP
Xenia
Zoa's
Hammer coral (which somehow lost two heads from when I did a WC last week and it was fine to when I went round to check them yesterday :( ).

I can run just two tubes (108w) so would they be ok to go onto this? Should I reduce the time the lights are on for awhile?

If the old tank and new tank are similar height then just run 40-50watts of lighting for the first 2 weeks. Then increase it by 50watts every couple of weeks.
If the new tank is taller then you can have a bit more light to start with. But build it up slowly otherwise you could stress the corals and they might bleach.

In my opinion/experience, your corals are adaptable enough to make this a non-issue. Caution, however, is generally a good idea.

It's probably smarter to just shorten your photoperiod to say 5hrs initially and slowly build it up over the course of say a month :)
