Hi guys,
I have a 64liter planted tank with fish and bristlenose catfish, dose daily and weekly jbl fertiliser, I have jbl aqua basic plus with jbl mando lights on 11hour timer, I stopped adding co2 for a while as the kit I had wasn’t great and bottles only lasting me a few days, I’ve now upgraded to a co2 supermarket reg with solenoid 1 bubble every 1.9secs.
Before I upgraded and starting adding co2 (Thursday) I noticed I have green spot algae on my glass and heater,
Has it appeared because I stopped adding co2? Will the green spot algae disappear or the bristlenose will feed on it? Do you think 1 bubble every 1.9 seconds is okay? Does anyone have experience on using soda stream bottle and long a bottle last you?
Thanks
