Upgrade Time

Well i have a 23gal atm and i think its time i dive in a little deeper.
I have a 2 ft cube sitting out back thats been there for a year now, was used once but it was a failure.

My question is. It has no holes, but is it to late to make some? I have never used a sump before and i would like to try it. Maybe a refugium.
If someone could make a GOOD list of some hardware that would be good.
I want to do this proper this time. I could go set it up right now but i would rather the best hardware i can get.

Hi,

I thought about this, I wanted to add a sump or refugium into my 40gal however once I had costed it and looked at the benefit it made more sense to hold back and put the money towards a larger tank in the future.
