Hi all
ages ago I asked advice about the price of a green pleco and whether to part exchange my gibbiceps for one.
Well I did get it and after the first three weeks, when he hid at the back and I was really missing my gibbiceps, he took up residence in a bog wood cave right at the front. He now has his cave and a kind of front yard defined by some rocks and when there is some food that has sunk onto his patch he defends this territory by just flicking up at anything else that comes around. He does go out and about around the tank as well but it is great to have him so visible for so much of the time because I had heard they can be a bit shy.
When I work out how to use my new camera and to post a pic i will do that.
