unknown platy ilness

I don't know what the hack this is on the platy, to me it looks like a scale sticking from his side...i don't think it's fungus, you can't see it in he pics but it's opaque, not black, but it's not fuzzy or cloudy, maybe an ulcer. I know these are very bad, but thanx for the help. If they don't show up...i'll try again later.

no, the red arrows are not some unknown parasite of doom

i can't really see it but it looks like a long water insect stuck on the fishes side i have seen pic like that before but as a isaid it is hard to see what it is perhaps u should get a really good look at urself...... and try and find out it looks to small for it to really show up on here
