ok have had the tank going since march have had a porob with algae but is under control with the use of rowaphos, however recently have had some sort of plant sprouting up in various places in the tank, this plant is no more than 30mm in length and green with a white base similar to a thick blade of grass, it feels solid so is not hoolow of air filled, does anybody know what it is (long shot with only a description i know) and if its harmfull or good? as i have no idea what it is!
