I went offroading the other day and got stuck :p Well i landed right into a desert pool, and if anyone knows the desert it comes to life with water. Well I picked up some dying tadpoles who were in a 1/2 " of water. I put them into a cup and now have them into a 1 gallon bowl. These little fellows were in there. One looks something like a tadpole and jellyfish hybrid(clear and black). Its floating around and has little moving suckers in it. the other one is moving around crazily and looks something like a miniture bloodworm(its red) My tadpoles are loving some uneaten squash left over from the clown plec right now and I dont want to remove these little guys right now. Would it be aright to throw a zebra danio or WCMM in there to gobble these things upor should I leave them to become whatever they are...

Well, think of it like this, they could turn into mosquitos, in your house  Other than that I'd say that they'r a good source of live food :)

I think mesquito larva look like little black leeches right?

The drawing on the left looks like a brine shrimp without it's "wings", the other really does look like a mosquito larva. :p

Time will tell :)

The one on the left looks a lot like a triops to me, the one on the right is almost certainly a baby mozzie.

well i think im gonna throw one of my new little zebra danios...dont think the parents will be pleased with mesquitos in the house!
