Unknown illness - African cichlid

I recently bought some juvenile Kennyi cichlids, and one of the females seems to have a redish lump and it prevents her from moving her one fin. It could possibly be effecting her gill as well. I’m not sure what it is. And ideas are helpful thanks in advance. I can try to get more photos if need be.

it looks like a gill tumour and there is no cure. If you only got the fish recently, return it and get a different one.

you need some sand or gravel on the bottom of the tank to help the fish feel more secure and comfortable.
