unhappy chappies

Hi,

I've had my tank for about a year and all seemed to be going well. Recently the fish seem to be a lot less active, the plants dont look to good either and are losing leaves etc. I have conducted water tests, everything seems perfect except for nitrate but even thats not too bad. I've looked at the list of common fish illnesses and cant seem to find any real link to the symptoms. Can anyone please offer any help?

Could it be anything to do with the recent heat wave? How hot is your tank?

if your in the uk i would say its the heatwave and your tanks too warm

Yes i nwould go with that to, what is the temp of the tank.
