Underwater Non Toxic Paint

I'd like to paint some pvc pipes i'm setting up as part of my turtle tank. Some of the pipe will be underwater and the rest will probably be splashed from time to time. Is there any non toxic paint I could use that will not harm my turtle? Thanks!

yes what you need is a Two-part epoxy paint for potable water tanks (NSF 61/USDA/ANSI/AWWA and FDA certified and approved/or UK equivalent)
ask your local paint dealer for the bold wording, I suggest Wickes as being the best bet for the UK market

as you are USA then you had best ask for the entire thing
