Pro-shrimp are fantastic, I've used them several times for plants, and they're great. They sometimes have plant packs, but they're often sold out quickly. I'd recommend going to their clearance and potted plant sections (cheapr, and you get larger plants, in pots!) and looking through, and seeing what appeal to you for the look you want. Clicking on the plant wil give you more info about whether the plant is easy, medium, or hard to care for - stick to easy plants if you're new to planted tanks, the hard ones need things like fertilisers, CO2 and expensive lighting - but the majority of the plants they stock are easy-medium difficulty.
I'd really recommend doing that, over buying a pack, especially with a small tank, since you'd probably wind up with a huge Amazon Sword plant in a mixed, unknown plant package, or just a few wilted stems from each plant. Some of the plant bundles on Amazon are cheap, but not good plants. I'd avoid.
To learn more about a specific plant, search for it on the Tropica website. They're one of (possibly the) biggest aquarium plant suppliers in Europe, and you can find more info about the plants needs, how to plant it, how large they get and whether they're best planted in the foreground/middle/back, how difficult they are to keep (or not), and you can also see aquascapes that incude that plant, which can be really helpful and inspiring! Their 'inspiration' section where you can see different scapes is really nice. Tropica also sometimes has videos on youtube about certain plants, where you can see how to plant them, and time lapse footage of them growing over the months, like this one:
