Uh Atack Of The Digitate Hydroids

great now that I know what all of the little cute stinger Tenticals belong to, HOW DO I GET RID OF EM, my rockwork cant be taken apart, I glued it , so i was told to scrub em off the rockwith a toothbruh or something, problem is some of em r very hard to see, in tight places, OR the worst thing is i have to do it at night to get alot of em, but i was just wondering, if i scrub em off, wont they just re-atatch? well any help would b useful, any1 else have these lil buggers, i had some beautiful little hitchiker tunicates, THAT R dead now cuz of these things.... this ide say is the worst, well maybe not

How much do they sting compared to pest anemones? Am wondering if some kind of shrimp might munch on them...my CBS munches on pest anemones, and I know peppermint shrimp will do the same. Perhaps if the sting isn't too much then one of those might do it? I had some digitate hydroids in my 12 gallon for a while but they have since dissappeared and the rock is now picked clean where they were, so evidently something eats them.

ha ha ya i dont know but i had ALOT and now they are dissapearing idno if its my hitchiker crab, camel shrimp or what but i hear they sting more powerful than aptasia but im not sure...
