Maaaaan.... I lost one of my show fish. The wonderful big ol HM red boy I won in the raffle is gone. He wasn't doing well when I first saw him, and just steadily got worse once I got him home. Found him laying on the bottom this afternoon. So sad... I am pretty depressed about it. At least I've got his sister, and she is doing really well. Who knows, I may end up breeding her with my other red HM boy that I bought.


Blah! Fish shows are so stressful for some of the fish.


Not for Wahookie though... special preshow treatment from Steph does wonders. He is the happiest betta I've ever seen!

That's so sad that happened I'm glad everyone else is ok, and I know Wahookie looked so happy when I left Don't feel too bad about it, we know he didn't look so hot at the show and you did an awesome job acclimating him, he just had something off from the start

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that, julie - he was such a pretty boy. I thought my white raffle boy was going to bite it - He finally ate last night, after who knows how long, and looks a bit better today.

Im glad wahookie is doing good, though - he's such a stud.
