Well, noticed Vespasian has large chunks of tail missing. I doubt its finrot, only the tail, very quick progression and no obvious signs. Anyhoo, what to do about it?
 
Not much except to try to figure out why he's doing it.
It should grow back fine once you figure out why he's doing it.
It is generally from boredom, he's scared, he doesn't like something, etc.
Have you changed anything with him recently?

Nope. Well, I moved him a few weeks back for a bit of a change, but he only started yesterday. Its fairly dark where he is, so not stressful, has a filter but onyl on the lowest setting which doesn't affect him at all. I'll see how he goes... *pain in the bum*
