I have a little 29G setup going on shown in my attachment. It's been running for about 2 or 3 months now. Unfortunately, I started the tank before reading that UGFs are not recommended for planted tanks. I turned my pump off and was wondering what I should do. For obvious reasons, I am reluctant to disturb my established tank. Is it still recommended that I remove the UGF or can I just leave it in? I'm not looking to have an award winning tank, I just want my plants and fish to look nice
The tank is currently stocked with
6 Diamond tetras
3 Cory cats
1 Oto (going to get another soon)
1 Black molly
