Are you wanting recommendations/reviews for lights? Or are you wanting someone else to build it for you?

also, do you have a budget? what type of bulbs are you wanting? You gotta help us out a little. God might help you win the lottery, but you have to help him a little first and buy a ticket!

No all i want is a hood. that is capable of holding 2 lights.

hmmmmm, sorry, cant really help you then. Stateside. Guess I'm not God after all...

If you feel if you already have the parts, at least take a look at corrugated plastic (it basically looks like plastic cardboard.) Very light, very sturdy, and you can get optical (solar) grade cutoffs very cheap. Might be worth a call. If you get the 3/8-1/2 inch stuff, you can might even just be able to remove a groove or two and fold the stuff, then drive a screw or three to hold it in place. if your in a hurry, it would make for fast construction...
