Farlowella sit there. Looking like twigs. They are slow. They have long trailing fins. To a pufferfish, they may as well have a big sign on them saying "Bite Me!".
To be honest, Farlowella aren't recommended for anyone other than the most expert fishkeepers. They are very difficult to maintain because they really only eat green algae (not brown algae, hair algae or diatoms) and need excellent water quality. Fascinating fish, but they need their own aquarium with strong lighting, plants, lots of algae, and no competition for food.
