Twig Catfish?

I have a ten gallon tank with:

2 Female bettas

1 white cloud who will be moved to a different aquarium, then I'll buy more

I want to add:

1 Twig Catfish
2 African Dwarf Frogs
6 Spotted Rasboras or 4 Dwarf Otocinculus

Would the Twig cat be OK? What do I feed him?

Actually, I think I'll change the stocking in the ten to:

2 Twig cats
6 Spotted rasboras
2 Female bettas I already have

How is this?

i would suggest you loose the Twigs. the tank would seem to be too small, especially when they are grown. two 7 inch fish in a ten gallon??? best suggestion i have seen is to keep them in a 30 inch/25+gallon tank.
