I have a little Red ear slider and Im wondering if they shed at all... Im asking this because he has skin flowing off his body..

Yes they do but if it's coming off in huge amounts, you could be over feeding - the key to raising a baby turtle is slow growth. Dont give in to begging, they always do that!
And fyi the scutes also shed as he grows, so if you see that too, it's normal
