Turtle Shedding

Hey I have a 3" red ear slider that seems to be shedding excessivly, the other turtle in the tank is fine. My temp isn't too high, and I only feed them once to twice a week, so it not over feeding. Any ideas as to what it is and the best treatment method? I was going to try her in a dry tank tonight an tommorow to see if that helps, but I'd like some imput, thanks?

I don't know if this is relavent but she also seems to be very skiddish, and doesn't bask as much as my other turtle.
