Turbo Snail At Top Of Tank.

I set my brand new marine nano tank up about 3 weeks ago and just bought 2 turbo snails to start me off.
As soon as I out them in 1 headed for the surface and is now sitting at the water line.The salt strength is correct.
The other one hasn't moved yet.
Could anyone please tell me if they think I have a problem here.

How long have they been in there? and how long has that one sat at the surface?

This was as soon as I got it home and put it in it raced to the top.I was concerned because this a brand new set up and I was worried I hadn't got the conditions right.
