Hi,
My Turbinaria coral was doing really well up until recently.
Folowing a water change a few of my plating corals started to lose their colour and my turbinaria stopped extending their polyps. Talking to my lfs it seems that they had changed their supplier of salt and I wondered if this had caused the problem.
The plating corals lost their colour completely turning to white but the Turbinaria has reverted back to the same colour after having white patches although the polyps remain closed.
I am not sure if it has died off and so whether to take it out or give it more time.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Readings tonight pH 8.0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5, calcium 440,magnessiumd 1380,kh 10.
