Hi, need to replace the tubing on one of the Magnum 350 canister filters. So went online and I just can't find any! I've been searching for 30 minutes and nothing. So, I figured I can go to Lowe's and get some of the heavier walled tubing. I can't even find the ID and OD size online. Can one of you experts tell me the tubing size? And, is there a type of tubing I should stay away from? Is it important to use silicon lube when putting the tubing over the connection?

Thanks
Lloyd

I don't have experience with Magnum 350 canister filter.

But for any tubing replacement, just find the right diameter tubing for replacement.

Based on this manual, for intake tube, it says, get a 3/4 inches diameter tube.(Page 12)
You can also measure the diameter with a ruler to confirm.

Most tubing sizes go by 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, inches, etc....

Thanks Lajos, I appreciate the comments.

By the way, it's better to double check the tubing diameter with a ruler.
I realized that the manual applies to two models of canister Magnum 220/350.
