I have come to the conclusion that tubiflex worms are amazing. I feed my fish freeze dried tubiflex worms 1-2 times per week but I have found live tubiflex worms in one of my tanks. This kind of astounds me that these worms can survive being freeze dried (and being stored dry for probably a year). For those that say freeze dried foods lack nutritional value, I think this kind of counters that argument being that they retain enough substance to revive themselves. Anyway, just had to share because I was very surprised to find this happening.

I had that same thing happen to me once . Tubifex appeared from nowhere . I was as amazed as you are . Thank you for posting this because I thought I was crazy and here I have it confirmed . I think you are exactly right in your remarks about the nutritional value of freeze dried foods .
