Trout Pellets

hi everyone, i know this is random but i got home today and found my grandad (a keen angler) had fed my oscar and jd's trout pellets, is this harmful in any way? and is there any way the trout pellets could actually have been 'good' for them? many thanks

I am a keen angler and use trout pellets practically everytime i go, i don't think they would cause any harm to your fish, but i wouldn't recommend feeding them as they are very oily, this could make your fish unwell

i agree they woulndn't hurt them but are extremely rich pellet so not for regular feeding.
