Hi, this is for whoever is in charge. i have been trying to change my email address but when it comes to the security code i know i have been putting in the right one but it just keeps telling me i am wrong. is there a problem.

the security code is case sensative.
in other words if it says IT1234DY you must entery it IT1234DY not it12345dy
