THis might be a stupid question. I was wondering if there's any small breeds of eels that would be safe to put in my community tank. I've got barbs, tetras, plecos etc etc.
If anyone knows, I'd be really interested

Peacock Eels, one of the smallest Asain Eels could happily live in a tank of at least 30 gallons and although they are considered predators they are unlikely to eat anything bigger than fry.

ye my friend had the same fish as you and a peacock.....theyre wiked except they hide alotunder the gravel.

Just notcied you only have one Clown Loach, they should really be in groups of three as they are highly gregarious. If you already knew this and were planning to deal with it I am sorry, just making sure. :)

Peacock eels tend to be braver the more of them there are, i once had a pair which darted ths way and that and foraged all over, when one died the other became a recluse, so feeling so for the poor thing i bought my zig zag, that was a mistake  :rip: poor little peacock. Eels dont really mix cross species ah well
