Right I have two cases going on at the moment and unsure whether there is natural causes, water board problems or I should be treating. If it were other fish I probably would treat but as cories and glass catfish are involved which are pretty sensitive I am having to be more careful.

Tank 1:
Large community, there was one case of dead angel over christmas had long stringy poo died christmas day, no further incidents since. Didnt get around to dosing the tank as no meds local and had to order so they arrived extremely late. This week introduced a male small gourami to the tank for females. Added on Thursday found this morning dead, he was alive and kicking yesterday. Im worried something has been introduced into the tank but then again he couldve been a weak fish as hadnt seen him eat. This tank has 16 cories and 5 glass catfish to consider with meds other occupants are neon tetras, killifish and pleco.

Tank 2:
Small pygmy tank, this had another thread, one kept going upside down and have had a couple die. It was mentioned I should get antibiotics to treat, unfortunately there were none to be had amongst immediate family and got real weird looks off of friends. There seems to be no symptoms except for upside down swimming and these ones arent the ones that end up dying. There was a very good spate when they seemed to be improving but now lost one yesterday. It should be mentioned with these that they all came from a particular place and he may have had them for two years, so old age could be a possibility although with tank 3...

Tank 3:
Three way divided, with three cory species. Lost for the first time this morning a pygmy. he was swimming twirling around the tank, enclosed him in a net overnight and he was dead this morning (perhaps could have been stress from the net). Out of all the cories I have had only pygmies are dying. The first set of pygmies have had successfully and spawning since October so real bizarre not only they are dying off but had one of the new ones in a separate tank die now.

Water stats on all tanks are crystal clear with what you would want, nitrites and ammonia 0 and nitrates way down there at 5. After finding any dead fish have been doing water changes. Main concern for tank 1 is that fair amount of fish and worried introduced something by the gourami (should be mentioned it was a trusted friend bought gourami off of). Tank 2 is contained dont want my breeding pygmies to die but if it happens will put it down to bad luck. Tank 3 worried for the habrosus and pandas that share the same water space in their divided compartments. There are shrimp in there too which are completely unaffected and sure would show signs first at bad water that i cant detect.

Any advice tips on whether and what to treat would be great, Im so concerned at the moment

UPDATE: Lost a panda cory now is it just coincidence it was the one that added Thursday? Another pygmy upside down

Is it worth as the two pygmy tanks are showing similar symptoms to put them together in one tank now?

Gourami added Thursday dead
Panda Cory added Thursday dead
Pygmies lost about 4-5 over the weeks

All fish that are established seem to be fine!

What med has arrived. Need to look at your other thread.

 Have: Myaxzin, Interpet No 9 and Sterazin  really appreciate everything you are a knight in white shining armour xx

Swimming upside down can be so many things.
The fish is dying, toxin's, bad water quality, parasites, bacterial, swim bladder, constipation, ph shock.

Do any fish look on the thin side or bloated.
Keep an eye when all your fish go to the toilet. As that can tell you quite abit.
