treatment for ick?

hi,

I have discovered ick on one of my black ballon mollies and was hoping it wouldnt spread. I have aqarium salt but am going tomorrow to get treatment, i dont have a quarentine tank though. I also have cory's so would it be best to hold off for now and hope for the best, or may the salt be okay? I can move the cory's into another tank for a few days, theres only neons left after the mollies, would this be okay?

There's probably little point moving the cories especially if the tank you're moving them to has fish in it, if it's in the tank then the odds are that all the fish have come into contact with ich (until you can determine otherwise).
