I was wondering if it's alright that I treat water for chlorine/chloramines, pH, ammonia, etc.. all at once? Or does treating water for all those things at once cancel each other out?

chlorine definately, check your ph and ammonia before messing with it, should buy a test kit, but if u do need to add ammonia and ph chems, it should be alright to add them all at once if u use the right ammounts.

If you buy Prime, it will treat all of those at once for you. But otherwise, yes, it's ok.

Perfect, thanks for the help!

What about treating for ammonia if I use a filter? Should I use ammolock II or is useless to use an ammonia remover if using a filter?

If the tank is already cycled (this generally takes around 8 weeks - but could be longer) on a new tank - there is absolutely no reason whatsover to use any ammonia remover. As long as you do a weekly water change min 20%, it will be fine
