Alright, so I tried the Methylene blue just by putting a drop on each fungal wound with a syringe. Most of it was streaming down the frog's head so I rinsed a bit off with a turkey baster and tank water, but the methylene stayed on the fungal wounds so that is good.
I realized I didnt have to have the frog in water while I treated him so I drained out most of it with the baster, then repeated the treatment with the other wound. Neptune has a blue head now
He is back in the tank and is doing good.
I'm going to repeat this twice a day now. Thank you @Colin_T for the help, you are a very kind person!!
