Treat For Ich?

Hi,

One of my tetras has three tiny white spots on his tail/fins. Left it a day after noticing to see how it developed. There are still only three little spots and all other fish still have no sign of spots, but I just noticed one platy flicking and rubbing against plants. He's stopped now.

Treat now or wait another day?

I'd wait until you're sure it really is ich; a lot of fish do get odd spots on the fins every now and then. Ich won't kill otherwise healty fish until they're very heavily infested, so there's no great rush
