Transparent poop??

Ok my title says it all. Is it internal parasites? My gourami has it still attached after 30mins or so. Its about 12 1/2 long? and like a seethrough tube??

When my pleco wasn't eating...his poo's were also clear little tubes. I believe it was an internal bacterial infection. Pimafix---I recommend it.
